I have been wondering about my cycle. I am about 3 weeks post removal, and I went directly on the pill. I started spotting today, and I noticed a small amount of cramping yesterday. I think it may be done because my spotting has stopped. I started my pill on a Thursday, and they suggested that I go ahead and start my new pack on Sunday so I will be "Sunday Start". I decided to just take my "fake pills" until Thursday and keep on keepin on. My husband should be getting an vasectomy in the next few months and then I will be FREE!!!

I would definitely suggest you call the OBGYN about that clot. That is rather large and I remember after having my children they said that anything larger than a quarter I had to bring it in so they could look at it (which it actually had to do... ewe). I hope this will be your only bad one. Good luck!
