Re: Body ache,Joint pain, ribs, spine, pelvis, legs

1) You seem to have answered it in your post. You feel better on days when you eat fruit and veggies instead of salt and cooked foods. Try avoiding cooked foods and salt for a few weeks and evaluate your condition. It likely took years for you to get to the condition you are in, and it will likely take a considerable time to undo it. Also, cooked foods make my knees ache.

2) My opinion is that everyone would benefit from a liver flush. By the time people are having problems, they probably need several. Don't let that stop you though, I felt better after my first one.

3) Try Epsom Salt in your baths instead of Sea Salt . It's very inexpensive. Also, enemas are a cheap way to make sure your colon is clean.

4) No idea about the salt. Cooked foods are devitalized and have almost no nutritional value. They also are acid forming and (like the previous poster suggested) have been linked to arthritis.

5) Like I mentioned above, keep your colon clean. If you're not passing waste in a timely manner then the toxins will be reabsorbed. And the longer food stays in your system, the greater chance it will ferment or putrify.

Get more sunshine. Find a window and get naked. It helps more than you may think and it's free!

Avoid stimulants such as caffiene and nicotine. Avoid alcohol, corn syrup,
and hydrogenated oils. Avoid animal products. (I know, all the fun stuff.)

6) Garlic and cayenne are great herbs. Enjoy all the fresh herbs you can afford. Find a herb shop and get some loose herbal teas. They are surprisingly inexpensive when they are not pre-packaged. And there is plenty of free information on the web. Depending on where you live, you may be able to find some wild this spring/summer.

Good luck! And be patient, healing takes time.
