Question on acne like red rashes breakouts after using zapper?

Hello!

I experienced Acne like red rashes breakouts (no pus, no pain) along my sinus area, nothing on my chin and upper forehead.
This happened after the use of the Zapper about 2-3 weeks. I knew for sure that this little zapper was definitely working.
If it were a die off why on my sinus area only?
Any body has experience similar like these? Your thoughts appreciated.
