Suffering from eczema & hives, a few questions for allergy experts

I recently came off a 20 day fast and towards the end of this fast before I began eating again I started getting rashes on my back, towards the center of the lower back. I figured this was just part of the detox symptoms many water fasters experience. The rash spread a bit and a new one flared up around my crotch area and these rashes are best described as hives - suddenly appearing as red welts or regions which itch terribly. As these rashes subsided I broke my fast on juices and the rashes which lasted several days started going away.

But I was determined to burn the rest of the fat on my body since there was still a good amount around my waistline so I quickly began an exercise regime to burn the fat while I gradually increased my food intake from the fast.

As I did this new rashes began appearing, this time on the back of my neck and back of my hands and fingers, sides of my torso, in-sides of my arms. These rashes are different. They swell up and inflame with such intense itching I cant stand it, and they dry up so easily which exacerbates the problem by causing even more itching. I actually stared at my hands last night as they were throbbing in intense itching and I could see with each of my heart beats the color pulsate in my rash. It was quite amazing, almost like I am watching some fantastic underwater sea creature, but of course much more subtle, I had to stare really carefully to notice it. This must be eczema.

Anyway, the point of all this is, I cant tell if this might just be a "normal" phase I am going through as I continue detoxing my body getting rid of really old toxic fat or is this some new condition I brought on top myself as a result of water fasting, or quite possibly did I develop a new food allergy or start eating something I am allergic to which is causing this? It's hard to determine this because as I ramped up my food intake I ramped up my exercise and then my rashes ramped up as well.

I don't have any other symptoms besides these skin rashes, I feel absolutely great otherwise. Never feel dizzy no matter how hard I push myself in jogging, exercising. Some foods I eat now since breaking my fast include: raw honey; fresh fruits including lemons, grapefruit, kiwi and blueberry; raw dairy from a local grass fed organic farmer including whole milk, yogurt, soft cheese and raw eggs; vegetables including beets, carrots, onions, garlic, butternut squash, lettuce, celery, broccoli; nuts including almonds, walnuts, pistachios, hazelnuts, apricot kernels, pumpkin seeds, cashews and peanuts; and only just very recently added some seafood including shrimp, scallop and sea bass. But all these foods listed I have eaten before and never had a problem. That literally is my entire menu. I have resisted eating any grains, anything with refined sugars, meats, and anything processed because I want to burn the rest of this fat off.

However, there are a few new foods I'm having now which I have not had before. This includes avocados, sea weed (toasted Noni (or is it Nomi) flakes) cilantro and dandelion leaves.

I know avocados is a popular allergy but what about the other items?

As for the avocados I knew they are often related to allergies so I stopped eating them to test it but my rashes continued to bother me even a day later developing more so I decided that can't be it. Perhaps that was too hasty so I could definitely stop eating them today as well so at least 2 weeks.

But would these rashes including hives and eczema make sense to be a food allergy ? I always thought food allergy would be an immediate response to eating something and it would be very obvious. But these rashes I get they seem to flare up mainly at night giving me quite a lot of sleepless nights lately with their intense itching. Could it be possible that eating something would cause this kind of reaction so delayed many hours later? I dont even eat anything at all past 8 o'clock and these rashes flare up around 2-4 am and bother me until I wake up then seem to stop itching. Only some redness will persist during the day unless the skin dries up or is roughened up like my hands which are itching like crazy as I type right now but they feel really dry and cracked so I'm sure that's why it's itching.

Gee, I do apologize for writing so much, if you managed to bare through this and have any advice for me I would love to hear it and I'd be most grateful for your input.
