Re: Amazing Bananas

BOOK I author didn't care for the banana, claiming it was ok, but of no health value. Naturally the Gorlia gets huge on such fruits, but probably eats them more ripe than the green things we get in the USA and maybe picked green is their down fall.

ALSO
such reports usually are created because someone wanting to sell a product has $$$$$ to pay for positive testing...

For many years the tv has told americans that bananas have potassium, same as we are told meat is good for us, dairy is good for us, grains are good for us, etc....I did notice this in your post:

Stress: Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body's water balance When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.

NOTE, it says high ptassium banana snack, but not banana....kind of tricky on their part and they are always tricky with their words. Medically I have read several differant places that a person needs to eat 1,000 bananas per day to get enough required potassium......

Everything they wrote about a banana is probably somewhat true, but not telling all the truth leads the customer into buying bananas.

I personaly have no problem with bananas, but know this:
Kids get tired of them easily....maybe a banana per month is plenty and I have seen poor people buy the old bananas that are sold very cheap by the case and they get horrible farts from eating them....

I trust the author of BOOK I, simply because he made it his business like many old MDs did, to understand fruits of the tree and Bananas was suggested as a fruit with little value. I like them, but maybe eat 6 total in a year. Seems lik when the kids are old enough to say NO, by age 3 they don't care for them anymore.

Blessings,
MH
