Re: what makes one injury prone?

One understanding is that the more base centers of the physical are constricting and confusing the flow of the life force which in turn and vs a versa affect our attention.

Since the manifestations are being easily noticed in the
physical, approaching thru that media can be rectifying.
A solo Hatha yoga regimin, practiced as relaxing, stretching/limbering, physical and mental therapy vs the energy raising kind is very effective in relieving these type of chronic complaints, especially in children.

Simple but difficult, cause it doesnt readily reinforce the egoic. Rewarding because it's benefits are noticed as soon as we relax into the process a bit.

The challange, of course, is that in approaching this way, we will be putting ourselves into direct contact with what it is that is stultifiing our awareness, attention, assisting the unballanced flow of life force.

However as you mention, some ballance or attentive or ageing dissorders may be chemically related ( Iodine , chlorphyll ect therapies ) tho the relaxing practice can only benefit the situation.
