You slipped a disc. Probably L5-S1 or L4-L5, Or both. Ouch, that's some serious pain. NOT your typical maintenence thing either. Takes a good week to two to fix.

Find a chiropractor that does "Intersegmental traction" and use a Thompson table. NO LUMBAR ROLLS. That's where they put you up on your side and crack your back. Contraindicated for this situation.

Your neck will need a little work but only because the lumbar spine is injured and it shouldn't need but one or two adjustments.

The low back will take about a week if done properly two weeks at the most.

The surgeons and orthopedic people will just put you on drugs and eventually suggest surgery.

So ask around and find a good chiro that can do the intersegmental traction and uses the Thompson technique and table.
