The Houses

Yes the Houses are the big pieces of pie! The wedges. If you look to the inner smaller circle you will see the numbers of the houses of each pie. The outer ring shows where the signs are. You'll notice that your first house consists only of 7 degrees Aquarius to 14 degrees Pisces.

If you have empty houses that simply means that the meaning of that house isn't high on your list of priorities in this lifetime. The houses with planets in them show that you really wanted to experience those areas of Life.

On that learning site...one of my favourite things to do is to click on 'Ascendant and other house cusps' (link below). Now you'll see that your Ascendant is Aquarius. So you can look that up. Then your 2nd house is ruled by (follow the leading pie-wedge line to the sign and that is the ruler of that house cusp) Pisces. Keep going around the chart and look up each one.

You'll notice that houses that don't have any planets in them may be more accurately described....that's because it's simple and straightforward. There aren't all the different energies of planets altering the meaning and making it more complex. So keep that in mind as you check out your and your boyfriends chart!
