Wheat free diet

Hey there,

I'm on a pretty much wheat free diet, its not as difficult as I first thought it would be, you really just have to completely revamp the way you cook and eat. Here are some things that I like to eat: Rice pasta is great (the only problem is its a little bit more expensive but it tasted great, I almost prefer it to wheat pasta now), try out some other foods that you have never eaten before to substitute for the foods you will be eliminating, some staples that I have added into my diet are lentils (these can be sprouted and eaten raw), mung beans (soak and cook until mushy and it produces no gas but super high in fiber), and green or yellow split peas.

Of course you are also going to want to add in as many raw organic vegetables as possible.
