We are happy to hear that you have found our product successful, but as you feel you have got the sizing wrong we would like to offer you a free pair as part of our user trial.

We would love to hear your honest feedback on the underwear and find out how much more successful you find a better fitting pair. We are well aware that the sizing is very important. The carbon filter back panel must be taught across the buttocks in order for all flatulence odours to be filtered by the activated carbon cloth. If the underwear are baggy then flatulence odours can escape without being filtered.
