I just warm up a coffee cup and then place a tablespoon of coconut oil in the cup and it melts pretty quick.

Did you see lots of Candida come out after doing the ACV Enema? I can flush out lots of Candida with ACV Enemas.

How much ACV and water did you use?

I think you have to take a lot more than six tablespoons.

I remember reading two tablespoons every two hours but I can't remember for how long. I know this info is in one of the threads here or in the Coconut Oil forum.
