Re: Seb. Derm. additional thoughts. Try Zinc Pyrithione first, but then...

Hi Diana,

Thanx for your reply so quickly.. I am really happy that your son stays good. and that you took the effort too search on for a better treatment. Really well done.

I went too several specialists in more countries. They all say it's Seborrheic Dermatitis . Rosacea is not what I have cause Rosacea it is on other places in the face like more on the cheeks.
SD is more concentraded on the T-zone area. But you all know that. I got it only on the tzone area as well. so on the nose forhead and eyebrows including the chin, scalp, ears and my upper back.

If I am right Seb.Dermatitis is an eczema isn't it?? cause I am a little confused
follwing your sentence:
"If after two weeks, you still have a rash you may have a form of Rosacea or it may be eczema.'
but Seb Dermatitis is an kind of an eczema...

Sometimes if the skin looks normal and than I wash it than I got huge white plaque on the infected areas T-zone. that is what I meant with the white plaque. Does that sounds familiar in your history? After the honey treatment I didn't had that anymore but just really tiny little flakes/rash... rash and flakes are the same isn't it?

I do think that there is a relationship with the large intestinal as well. so that the yeast on the skin gets a trigger or that the skin barrier can not handle anymore the acid from the yeast M. Globosa. I spoke one person in Holland who is off Seb. dermatitis by eating special food and internal treatments. I don't know about your son but I have besides this more sideeffects like inside my nose is always a little off >>> sorry I dont know the exact word for it but it's green stuff. not a lot but always a little... My sleep is not that good as it is used to be.. and I must go to the toilet a few hours after my oatmeal..only when I eat that.
Did your son took medications in the past like anti-biotics or other which can harm the intestinal flora or enzymes.
I am curious if your son has got the same experience.

But sure I am going to try your cure. do you post this on earthclinic as well?? Sorry but it's sweet of you for forwarding me to that site but I don't understand why.. cause earthclinque is for SD.. and I have Sd than
your treatment should work for me as well..

1. don't want to take a risk so I would like to use the exactly same stuff you do.
Which cleanser do you use?

2.Hydrogen peroxide: do you still use it as a cleaner??

3. So if I am right you don't use any honey anymore after
the redness is gone. so only the z care..

I am curious about the next few things:

Do you have too repeat this treatment with Z care once in a while? I think otherwise it might come back after a while
Cause I think that M.globosa is living on everybody's skin..following the reports. But Seb.dermatits people are sensetive to that yeast.. and whithout SD not. So I am not sure about the annimals.. you did mention below but you could be right.

7.) Treat your animals for Malezzia. I am certain my son caught it from a kitten we have that seems to have a lot of dandruff.

Sorry but I just want too share all these information.. even when I got off it I just want to know the exact cause.

hope hearing from you. A BIG THANX FOR ALL
