Sounds like your symptoms are the same as mine. You have to be rock steady to do this cleanse. I lasted 2.5 days, felt like absolute crap, but it will clean you out properly. I took each tablespoon of EVCO with the barefoot herbalist's dewormer and it got rid of tons of liver flukes on the second day.

You may eat small amounts of yogurt as well during the cleanse. You will simultaneously knock out the bad guys and repopulate the good guys.

Again, you need an iron will if you're pushing for 7 days. Best of luck. Keep at it.
