yep, vitex (only 225 extract +100 berry) I have been trying to stay low on dosing-how much do you take? not sure if I should up it. Havent tried primrose yet. what does it do?

I tried st. johns a while back and it made me jumpy-i think anything effecting seratonin is bad for me. my doc put me on zoloft in the beginning, and i went crazy-he tried to tell me I was bi-polar because of it. (never had any bipolar symptoms) even went to a shrink to double check-he said i am NOT bipolar). funny-the fda just release insert changes to the anti-depressants that they can cause "seratonin syndrome"-exactly what i diagnosed myself with 5 months ago from it-schmuck!

I am also using progesterone cream-ovulated Sat (felt it) so i started again yesterday. also yoga, good diet, b6, cal/mag/zinc/d (although have been out for a few day) fish oil, and digestive enzymes/protein. I cut all these back to once a day when I started feeling better. wondering if I should go back to my original dosing, but these things are expensive. My diet is good, gallons of water, etc. even started using natural cleaners, and i swear i will pull off an organic veggie garden this year!

I read your last post, and most day (other than today of course) i agree with you totally-I have made so many healthy choices/lifestyle changes. I do look to my faith and try to see this as a growing experience as well. I also have a great support system.
I also like to post here when i think all the research i have done can help others, and it is so comforting to come here when things go bad.
Sometimes though....I really do want to scream.....
