I completed my 2nd Fasting Journey Goal totaling 53 Days and now...

I am thrilled- I thank the Lord Jesus!

Well although I completed this second extended Journey which was 13 days more, I have yet a third journey to rid extra body fat to be able to get into my goal size 4.

So I will go back to what worked for me before, eatting lightly once a day, drinking water throughout the day- I will do this for 25 days.

I'm going to continue the excersizes. So I feel like I want to have boiled eggs today and a grilled chicken salad with Walden's dressings. It's the best for flavor with really low calorie, carbs and fat.

Well , we'll see. :-)

P.S. I am reminded again how food is not all that crazy to go over for. All that over eatting crap is really unecessary to me now- My body have been renewed, rejuvenated!
