thanks for lots of info, I'm not sure what kind of Wormwood I use. It's the alcohol tincture and it's organic. I bought also separate tincture clove which I take with it. I hope clove is same as cloves... On the label states: clove (syzygium aromaticum) flower bud. Couldn't get Black-Walnut yet.

I don't have generally problems with sleeping unless I have an onset of symptoms.
