Re: fI have wondered the same thing...
Before Sam Biser's interviews with
Dr. Schulze were removed, I recall reading
Dr. Schulze talk about just eating a couple of watermelons one day and winding up with a "kidney cleanse" which *hurt* quite a bit. If I'm recalling this correctly, he said that he was in massive pain for a day or so. Then again, he's pretty tough...
Whether or not I'm recalling it correctly or it's completely true... beats me.
It sounds, however, like you two are both candidates for "try it and tell us about it!"
Anyway... I can't explain why you're supposed to sit in your own urine water all day (this might help prevent all the pain that
Dr. Schulze experienced, I dunno...). Personally, I'm going with the Dr. Clark method, although it seems to trade disgusting flavor for physical pain. But I've noticed that I can get most of the herbs locally, so I might be doing that instead of buying them online.
And don't forget the parsley!
