pain in cheek bone

Has anyone experienced this? I have had on and off severe pain on the left side of my nose and it radiates all along my left cheek bone. Now, this is the bummer. I have noticed a definite enlargement of the cheek bone on my left side and it is also tender. Quite frankly I am getting freaked out about it. I have decided to have surgery to correct my deviated septum along with the concha bullosa problem but am wondering if my bone structure will eventually regenerate back to the way my cheek bone used to be shaped......I am wondering what is causing this to begin with. Does anyone have any ideas or advice?
