The Body Clock, best times to work on organs -
There are many articles on the net for this, but this is pretty concise. I grabbed it from:

On Ch'i...
Ch'i (Ki in Japanese) is defined as an eternal energy of the human body thought to circulate in a 24-hour cycle along channels called meridians, thus feeding the organs. Although it is never entirely absent from each channel, it is subject to a kind of tidal effect, approaching and receding from, according to the hour of the day.
The ability to control ch'i and to generate extra surges of it is alleged to enable martial artists to perform feats well beyond their normal ability. To the magician this is the control of life force.
The Chinese Body Clock
As shown in the body clock, the ch'i flow is strongest in different areas of the body at different times during a standard 24-hour day. The 'triple warmer' supposedly controls the harmony of the entire system, so this would be a good time to focus on general well-being, whether it be yours or another's. The timetable also shows 9:00 to 11:00 pm to be a good time for building ch'i or life force.
Notice the areas where ch'i is focused during the day. This body clock now becomes one more addition to Correspondences. If you are working on a healing ritual, the ch'i body time could be most beneficial. For instance, a healing ritual directed toward the lungs might be more effective if performed and directed between 3:00 and 5:00 am.
