Gosh, Canada revoking it came after your post here for the US.
Practitoners that may continue using it then, are doing it illegally and are putting themselves on the list for legal problems because of it.
I was just listening to a man that is an OB Dr, had served in the Senate--he was saying that Dr's like himself in the near future, can be arrested if they don't perform the medical procedures they are told to (regardless of if it goes against their own personal beliefs) Right now, they can't be forced to.
