Rita's sinus cure: Xylitol & hot drink!

Woohoo! How fun is this? Just use the birch Sugar derivative Xylitol to sweeten a hot drink and enjoy healthy sinuses! Xylitol is antiseptic, known for killing mouth bacteria and actually building teeth and bone! Xylitol tricks bugs into thinking it's food but it isn't as it is a five-carbon sugar, not a six carbon bug lunch sugar.

Xylitol has been used by insiders in their saline spray for sinus infections. This simple trick of Xylitiol in a hot drink like your breakfast coffee is catching on here in Kansas and I hope you give it a spin. I use Jarrow's Xylitol but any brand will do. Thanks, Rita! Rita should know...she almost died from blood poisoning from one of her many sinus infections. God bless!
