I have heard about this before but it was never explained so well before. I did know that the Constitution was in a sense abused after the war with the second amendment being compromised with gun registration and the government getting in the marriage license business. This must have been done after 1871 bill of rights
However after reading your article and statements it would seem state sovereignty is our only defense against this tyranny..

Entitlements are socialist institutions like Medicaid, Medicare, and Social Security programs, good or bad they are impossible to remove as those who are entitled feel its has become a guaranteed right.
