What to do??

Been reading everything here did a Liver Flush had great results .I have always had a ringing in my ear very mild except when I was sick or a tooth infections, but now all of a sudden I have high pitched ringing in the other ear, driving me crazy!!Bp is up and down I take all kinds of vitimins I have the cayenne tincture which gives me the hiccups right after I drink it.Ears sometimes hurt and waxy.Any ideas???Love the forum, also just ordered some MMs from Texas can't wait to try it...........Juli Tweet
