Sinus infection - fever, etc.

Well, it seems I'm in the throes of my annual sinus infection. Every year I get one, somewhere between January and March. Anyway, I've got the usual symptoms - fever, achiness, sinus pressure in the face, jaw, and behind my eyes, slight, dull ache in the ears. Problem is, I can't take off work because I just started a new job. However, I firmly believe in giving the body proper rest to heal. What can I do? I've been taking C, zinc, and need to get some more echinacea and goldenseal. What else can I do to make this week less dreadful? I know my body - I've got at least 3 more days of feeling pretty crappy. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
