I have just started Iodine myself.  Today is day 8 or 9  (can't remember exactly).  I've been a little tired myself.  At first I felt energetic, but the last couple of days I've been tired.  I do think I've been sleeping better at night though.  I've also got a couple small canker sores and some diarrhea.
