no... only a problem if you are fluoride toxic to begin with.

As an aside... it is habits that tend to get us into trouble, so try to avoid the "habit" of Rooibos and have another tea or three around to have on occasion.

Nutritive teas like nettles, yerba matte, dandelion (leaf or root), and MANY others. There are so many, you are likely to find several you like... I developed an expensive (unfortunately) taste for aged Pu Erh... needless to say, due to cost (it can get pricey like a good bottle of wine/bourbon/scotch) it is only enjoyed once or twice a week.
