Thanks Rainy, I am glad you and mo123 enjoyed. I guess it's not possible for people to agree all the time because we are coming from different places and have different experiences. and chose to turn the potential money from that business down, for reasons he explains in his radio show - so he is not really concerned about money, he just wants people to know the truth. Also 2) He chose Random House Publications and insisted that the paper was specially chosen for green reasons, so he dictates to them and 3) it's probably a good advert for the book anyway and will sell more copies! - an ebook uses no paper, it's only resource draw is the power to my PC, which I use anyway, so it's the greenest solution for me.
