URGENT!!!HELP!!! Urine stain and how to remove

hi, i have an embarassing problem.

i am on meds for mental illness and occassionally wet the bed.

i don't usually wet during day but yesterday night i was wide awake sitting at my omputer and needed to go. i wanted to hold it until i was finished, but i wet on my chair- very heavily. i scrubbed stain with warm water and left chair to dry overnight. but otline of stain still remains.

i am a student at University and live in Uni accomodation. am worried they may charge me for chair.

i feel panicky and angry with myself, even thinking about self-injuring again which i haven't done for ages. i don't think i'll act on it, but i feel disgusted with myself and very upset.

anyone know how to remove stains? please help me. Tweet
