I agree that a ten day Water Fast is as effective as a 30 day juice fast in terms of cleansing. I didn't know anything about dry fasting and in the beginnings of my research, one source claims that it speeds up ketosis 2-3 times,something i would love to explore more deeply. Interestingly, faster ketosis doesn't seem to speak of faster cleansing and secondly i can't help but wonder how the absence of water would speed up the fat burning process when presumably the body would maintain similar energy needs. Does anybody have information about this?? :)
Since our bodies can only survive about 3 days without water i will assume you are talking about alternating dry fasting a couple of days with Water Fasting in between.
You definately got me curious about researching this topic more deeply.
