Dr. Sutter/ Herbal rotation ?

I have just started on Humaworm and I notice that they recommend a only a thirty day program several times a year. I have also used Colonix, they recommend three months with a 5 day break each month. I read that you stayed on the herbs for months at a time. What is your opinion regarding Humaworm?
