Has anyone tried Water Fasting while taking HCG injections? I have fasted for 25 days before, with great results, but I always gain weight back as soon as I resume any type of normal eating. I am trying the HCG diet, I'm on my 22nd day. I can't even stand the thought of eating anything that's allowed on the diet's strict protocol. It would be easier for me to just not eat, but I'm not sure whether it would be beneficial or not. Has anyone done this?
