anklysing spondalities

I am discovered with anklysing spondalitis. Any cure for it. I have severe back pain. I have also gall stones. While constipated I feel gas pressured under my right ribs which sometime also bothers my left side under the ribs. Any solution to this problem. I am finding it difficult to come to standing position from sleeping position. Tweet
