Re: This is related to cortisol.
It wasn't dangerous for me at all. I was working very closely with a doctor, based on specific medical tests and listening to my body, which I know so well now that it surprises doctors.
The info that I pass on here is for others to take into consideration and bring to their doctors, requesting tests, if they are so compelled. I have compassion for others with this affliction.
I know for me that this is related to high cortisol. I know when it arose and what was involved to get rid of it.
You are right to be skeptical/resistant. I said several times for no one to follow this information without and ND or MD confirming via a 24 saliva cortisol test that his cortisol levels are abnormal. Then, have the doctor prescribe appropriate amounts of prescribed substances.
I agree that just taking supplements and medication that alter one's cortisol levels and otherwise mess with the adrenal glands without medical assistance is dangerous and could have permanent effects.
