Wow....what a journey! Sounds like you had a life changing experience. I have realized just in five days of fasting how much of my thoughts and time was centered around what I was gonna eat next and when. I also realized that food was a comfort thing for me....even though I was eating pretty healthy and am very thin. Food still served as a comfort and something to lean on in times of trouble. Day five....I have no desire for food. Should I continue with just the juice or should I add back in my choraphyll and other herbs, supplements and oils?
