Advice for poor immune system, low energy

Ok, new here so please be patient with me.

It seems obvious that my immune system is functioning poorly.
evidence of this:

Poor skin health ( red bumps, tinnea versicolor)
Lymphnode soreness and occasional swelling

I also have general fatigue sometimes malaise.

8 months ago I had what seemed to be a UTI or something causing pain in my kidneys. I went to a doc in box, they took a urine sample and said there was blood in the urine. The Doc put me on Cipro, and scheduled a week later visit with urologist. I took the the Cipro for 7 days, but due to the diarrhea and strange sensations that occurred while on it, I stopped taking it after that. I didn't notice the versicolor until after I had taken the Cipro, and a visit with my general doctor said that the Cipro can cause fungal skin infections. The Urologist didn't find anything except possible mild prostatitis, follow up urine tests found no blood, abdominal CT found no stones or anything unusual.

Anyways my kidneys felt fine after that. Then after a week the lymphnode near my groin swelled up, and stayed swollen for at least a week. Now many months later and my lymphnodes are still bothering me (the ones in my armpits too). Although, mainly tenderness not so much swelling.
Fear of this lympnode situation has cause me to have 2 HIV tests in the past 6 months (both negative), and a visit to an Oncologist.

Also during this course of time, I sought treatment for abdominal pain. Camera down my throat found gastritis. Abdominal ultrasound found a liver hemangioma (which was described to me as a cluster of useless blood vessels) and gall bladder polyps, which were not large enough to warrant surgery.

I took many weeks of proton pump inhibitors. Anyways, the abdominal pain is almost entirely gone now. Although, it didn't actually go away until I stopped taking the PPI's. A quick look at the leaflet revealed that abdominal pain is one of main side effects. Ironic that the medicine to reduce my abdominal pain causes abdominal pain.
