I'm not sure whether you are male or female, but, in either case, the relatively low statistical risk of transmission is cut at least in half by you using suppressive antivirals. The other thing you can do that cuts it by half again is to use condoms.
If all a female does is to avoid exposing her partner when there are symptoms present, the risk is less than 4% over a year's time of sexual activity. Adding antivirals means that there's a 98% chance that there won't be transmission. Adding condoms gets the risk to less than 1%.
If you're an infected male the risk of transmission to an uninfected female partner is a little more, just due to the facts of anatomy in that the female has more exposed mucous membrane tissue.
Be aware that this is speaking statistically, which can't predict the outcome of an individual case, only the results over the statistical group.
