I've eaten an apple a day for the
last 28 years. It's usually the
very last food that I eat in the
evening. The pectin has lots of
quiet time to do its cleansing.

In addition to relieving joint pain,
the apple pectin is very nutritious
for the liver. It helps to soften
liver stones , which makes them
easier for the body to flush out
naturally. Many of the most popular
liver cleanses, like that of Andreas
Moritz, use apple juice or whole
apples for precisely that reason.

I eat organic apples. After you
get them home, wash the apples for
10 minutes in a bowl of pure water,
to which you've added several ounces
of White Vinegar and a shot of lemon
juice. Scrub the apples with a brush.That will clean the outside
of the apple (or any fruit or veggie). Costco sells BIG jugs of
White Vinegar.

An apple a day DOES keep the doctor
away! It's a cheap, easy, delicious
way to help maintain your body in
top working order.
