Re: End of the world Feb 28th, 2009
Oh, Sara, this one is easy for me.
It really made me think, but I guess I have gotten to a point in my life where every moment is complete. Not much would change.
I'd hang out with my kids - we'd take walks and play games and talk. I'd snuggle them to sleep when they got tired. We'd eat whatever we wanted (right now I want to eat super-healthy - don't know what I would want to eat if the world was ending - not sure food would be too important). I'd play with our dog and cat. Maybe I would heat up the swimming pool (even though it is still freezing cold here) so it would be like a giant hottub and invite all our friends over for a party.
If I could be somewhere with my whole family (parents, 2 brothers, 3 sisters and their families), I would, but if not, I would talk with them on the phone as much as possible - make sure they know I love them. I have a great friend I would call for inspiration - pretty sure she would be very excited about the possibilities.... My husband would probably be pretty stressed out, so I would try to comfort him (and make love as often as he wanted : ) Actually, all just sounds like a normal day in the life...of me. Am I blessed, or what?
Thanks for the reminder. Oh, and I would check in here and tell you goodbye....and I love you.
