I Have a Severe Earache - Advice Needed

Hello - it's me once more.

I wanted to ask what to do about this awful and painful ear ache which I have had for some time.

At first it kept sounding like this " woofing " sound in my ears - the way it does when you are swimming and there is water in your ears when you get out and there is this strange sound where your hearing goes in and out.

Well, that was there for about two weeks, now my ear canals hurt so badly - it is like someone sticking a pin inside.

What about grapefruit seed extract - will that help?

Any suggestions are appreciated.
