I flushed out a bunch of Candida a while back using ACV Enemas. Some of the clusters had specks of what appeared to be blood just like your picture. I figured the blood was from removing so much Candida from the walls of my colon.

Here's one pic of the Candida I removed with an ACV Enema. No blood spots in this one.
