--Plant Based Magnesium & Calcium--Series

Hi Ya'll,

Magnesium is of Great Importance and in our Natural Food supply this is provided by the --Green Leafy Vegetables,-- which contain this Important Mineral in the form
of Chlorophyll in the Green portions of the plant !

Here is Detailed info explaining this process:

CHLOROPHYLL

Many important natural substances are chelates. In chelates a central metal ion is bonded to a large organic molecule, a molecule composed of carbon, hydrogen, and other elements such as oxygen and nitrogen. One such chelate is chlorophyll, the green pigment of plants. In "chlorophyll" the ------central ion is magnesium,--------- and the large organic molecule is a porphyrin. The porphyrin contains four nitrogen atoms that form bonds to magnesium in a square planar arrangement. There are several forms of chlorophyll. The structure of one form, chlorophyll a, is shown.

(As we may see from the molecular structure, the "chloro" in chlorophyll does
not mean that it contains the element chlorine. The chloro portion of the word is from the Greek chloros, which means yellowish green. The name of the element chlorine comes from the same source. Chlorine is a yellowish green gas.)
Chlorophyll is one of the most important chelates in nature. It is capable of channelling the energy of sunlight into chemical energy through the process of photosynthesis. In photosynthesis, the energy absorbed by chlorophyll transforms carbon dioxide and water into carbohydrates and oxygen.

CO2 + H2O (CH2O) + O2
(In this equation, (CH2O) is the empirical formula of carbohydrates.) The chemical energy stored by photosynthesis in carbohydrates drives biochemical
reactions in nearly all living organisms.

In the photosynthetic reaction, carbon dioxide is reduced by water; in other words, electrons are transferred from water to carbon dioxide. Chlorophyll assists this transfer. When chlorophyll absorbs light energy, an electron in
chlorophyll is excited from a lower energy state to a higher energy state. In this higher energy state, this electron is more readily transferred to another
molecule. This starts a chain of electron-transfer steps, which ends with an electron transferred to carbon dioxide. Meanwhile, the chlorophyll which gave up an electron can accept an electron from another molecule. This is the end of a process which starts with the removal of an electron from water. Thus, chlorophyll is at the center of the photosynthetic oxidation-reduction reaction between carbon dioxide and water.

Other molecules with structures similar to that of chlorophyll play important roles in other biochemical electron-transfer (oxidation-reduction) reactions.
Heme consists of a porphyrin similar to that in chlorophyll and an iron(II) ion in the center of the porphyrin. Heme is bright red. In the red blood cells of vertebrates, heme is bound to proteins forming hemoglobin. Hemoglobin
combines with oxygen in the lungs, gills, or other respiratory surfaces and releases it in the tissues. In muscle cells, myoglobin, the name given to hemoglobin in muscles, stores oxygen as an electron source for energy-releasing oxidation-reduction reactions.

Another relative of chlorophyll is vitamin B12. Vitamin B12 contains a cobalt ion at the center of the porphyrin. Like heme, vitamin B12 is bright red. It is essential to digestion and nutritional absorption in animals. The exact way it functions is not known. Because vitamin B12 is not produced by higher plants, a strictly vegetarian diet can lead to vitamin B12 deficiency. However, it is produced by molds and bacteria which grow on most foods.

The intense color of chlorophyll suggests that it may be useful as a commercial pigment. In fact, chlorophyll a is a green dye (Natural Green 3) used in soaps and cosmetics. The absorption spectrum of chlorophyll (below) shows that it absorbs strongly in the red and blue-violet regions of the visible spectrum.
Because it absorbs red and blue-violet light, the light it reflects and transmits appears green. Commercial pigments with structures similar to chlorophyll have been produced in a range of colors. Some of these have slightly modified porphyrins, such as having hydrogen atoms replaced with chlorine atoms.
Others have different metal ions. For example, one bright blue pigment has a copper(I) ion at the center of the porphyrin and is used primarily in coloring fabrics.

As one may see from the above info, many actions in Living plants and organisms are effected by Electro-magnetic Energy transferes and "Chlorophyll" has "Magnesium" as the center "ion" in it's process to Cause Complete Complexed
Carbohydrates to be made in the presents of Sunlight and this process is called "Photosynthesis" !

And if a person does not eat enough --Green Leafy Vegetables,-- then "WE" will "NOT" get the needed Magnesium which is in this chlorophyll of these plants !

And because of this "WE" are going to have problems with Excess Nitrogen(Protein) in our bodys !

"WHY" do you suppose I have suggested the use of taking a small pinch of Epsom Salt(Magnesium sulfate) with each meal ?

Could it be because many people do not eat enough Green Leafy Vegetables in todays society, to provide for the needed Magnesium ?

And because of this our bodys are not able to Deal with the Proteins which we eat !

As usual not everything may be as it may first seem to be !

Hi Ya'll,

Magnesium is the center of the Universe of Chlorophyll !

What is Chlorophyll?

Where does it come from?

Do "WE" need it to keep Healthy?

The Sunshine is Brillant White !

Magnesium gives off a Brillant White color as it's Color Spectra of the Electro-magnetic Light Spectrum !

Is Magnesium Important for plants to be able to grow and be Healthy?

How is Magnesium Important for our bodys to stay Healthy?

How does Magnesium interact with the other Alkaline Minerals and Acids to Create Life?

How is Life Created from Light?

Is Life Created from the Light Energy(E1) or Heat Energy(E2) or both?

How much do "WE" know?

How much do "WE" need to know to stay Healthy?

What have "WE" done with the present info shared?

Have "WE" decided that maybe what "WE" have been doing has not Solved "Our" Sickness and Disease and that maybe it may be time to make some needed changes to learn to Solve our problems?

What are "WE" willing to do about it?

Choose Life or Death this Day !

Hi Ya'll,

Maybe I can shed some Light on this subject, so that more people may learn "WHY"
it is important to take a small pinch of Epsom Salt with each meal?

First, let us consider that the air which we breath consist of approx. 78% Nitrogen, and Nitrogen is what forms Protein!

Now, that is a "LOT" of Nitrogen, any way you want to cut the pie, so to speak!

So, with this Hugh amount of Nitrogen being in the air which we breath all of the time, then our body must have a way to get rid of this Hugh amount of Nitrogen from our body, because "IF" the body is not able to get rid of most of this Nitrogen, then this Nitrogen Displaces the "OXYGEN" and when this happens and our Blood does not have "ANY" "OXYGEN", then just how long do you suppose
we are going to stay alive???

So, our Creator provided us with something which would act as a Relief Valve in our body to help Regulate this High amount of Nitrogen in the air which we breath!

What is a relief Valve?

Could it be something as "SIMPLE" as anything which Relieves the Pressure?

So, just what can Releive the pressure of too much Nitrogen?

Guess what?

It just so happens that this is an element called "Magnesium" !

Now where do we get Magnesium in our food?

What foods are Highest in Magnesium?

It just so happens that the Green Leafy Vegetables are the Highest in magnesium,
in the form of chlorphyll!

So, "IF" we do not eat Green Leafy Vegetables each and every day, then just where do we think we are going to get enough Magnesium to help our body to regulate the Excess Nitrogen in our body?

Do you just suppose that this may be one of the reasons "WHY" I have reccomended for a person to take a small pinch of Epsom Salt in water with each meal ?

The Epsom Salt is Magnesium Sulfate, so it may provide our body extra Magnesium and in a very cost effective manner!

Now, "IF" we have more Money than what we may have "COMMON SENSE" to know how to spend it, then we may pay High prices for other forms of magnesium "IF" this is the boat we wish to float!

But, "IF" we would like to use our Hard Earned Cash for other enjoyments in Life, then we may just use the Lowly Epsom Salt to help us solve our problems!

By taking the Epsom alt, this may help solve the problems which people seem to have with poor Digestion, which means that they may be having Constipation & Blood Pressure problems!

This Epsom Salt, may cause the body to be able to Relieve the Extra pressure from too much Nitrogen in the body, by acting like a Relief valve to get rid of the excess Nitrogen from the body!

It is the Liver and the Kidneys which must have the Magnesium to be able to complete this job of removing the Excess Nitrogen from the body!

Without the Magnesium, the Liver and the Kidneys can not work properly and this may cause them to become Sick and Diseased, and then they can not work for our body and the rest of our body becomes Sick and Diseased as well!

Isn't it amazing how our Creator designed the body to work, "IF" we would just
learn how to eat properly so as to give our body a fighting chance to stay
Healthy!

Now what about Calcium?

Where may we find the Most Calcium in Plants?

Maybe we 1st need to know what Calcium allows the plant to do, then we may be able to figure out where we may find the Most in plants?

Calcium may allow the plant Tissues to elongate and Grow properly !

What part of the Plant grows the Fastest? Is it the Green Leaves or roots or stalk?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

When we see a New Born plant come out from it's seed, what is the 1st thing we see on this plant?

Surely it could not be the Green Leaves?

Could it be?

Do these Green Leaves need to Elongate to grow?

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm?

CALCIUM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thus we may find the Most Calcium in the Green Leaves of growing plants in ratio to the roots and stalk and seeds !

This means Green Leafy Vegetables contain the Highest amounts of Magnesium and Calcium over the stalks and roots and Seeds !

How many folks eat enough Green Leafy Vegetables of High Brix and Top Quality each Day?

Could this be WHY these is so much Sickness and Disease in so many folks?

Surely it could not be this Simple?

Could it be?

Could this be WHY the Moreless Alkalizing Drink and ideas work so well at helping folks to find Healing?

Just look at the Many Success Testimonials as Proof these ideas work, as may be found "Following" this Link:
