Black Mold or not?

hello everyone i am worried that i may have black mold growing in my house.i have noticed it for about 6 months i cleaned it twice but it keeps returning.

i have told my landlord and she refuses to do anything about it.i am developing some health issues that i think are being caused by the mold.i have a wife and 1 month old daughter to think about but i have not the money or credit to move..

The local Inspectors were i live charge way to much to just come out and look (they don't do it for free no matter what)

can anyone shed some light on what type of mold this IS and what i could do about it?
