Hope all is well with you and your family...

So, I would like to know your opinion on Water fasting.
(Been also reading a lot about this strict fasting)

Do you feel it is more effective than an orange juice fast, for the same amount of time, lets say 21 days?

Anyway, hope to hear anything you have to say on water-fasting. Thanks
