I agree with you about people taking a larger view on HIV. Many many years ago, someone had opened my eyes about it, other than the conventional train of thought. I think, people are beginning to understand it better.

What isn't a permanent fixture - worms?

The different bacteria that lie dormant within the lungs are interesting. Another one good to check out would be Chlamydia Pneumonia which gets into the lungs & heart. I know that 1-2 good posts have been done here on that one.
