I use this stuff:

and, noticing the company, I've ordered from them and am VERY happy with them! There's a click-on (here and at the link) that shows the ingredients.

This stuff works VERY well at "thickening" and "volumizing" the hair. And only a little quarter-sized amount is needed for shoulder-length hair.

The stuff's been a godsend for me.
