Probably in that order. My herb book by Joseph E. Meyer from 1922 says equal parts of each. This is only one source that may help you.

Oops! Sorry, I forgot to add that this herbalist recommends mixing the herbs with a little honey which is in line with what Barefoot does with his De Wormer with adding a little sweetener that attracts the bugs and makes it easier to kill them!
