I am 95% sure that these are Mirena side effects. If you research back, a lot of people don't have symptoms until they've had it a year. I didn't have any until 14 months when I realized I had lost my appetite and my throat felt like it was closing. I would have it removed. Things seem to get worse once you start having symptoms, not better. Also, when you have it out, it's possible you may feel worse for a while before getting better. Good luck.
