Oh good. I was looking for this. There is one easy recipe in that article. The one for the quick refrigerator variety.

When you get around to it. I'm trying to find an easy sauerkraut recipe too. Sauerkraut has very beneficial bacteria; better than yogurt. Several NDs say we should drink a cup of sauerkraut juice daily. I just like sauerkraut anyway. My grandmother use to make it by shredding cabbage and adding brine (salted water) and letting it sit in a crock for 3 days with a cloth over it. When it was ready, there would sometimes be spider webs on top. I'm afraid to do that. I've successfully poisoned myself with herbal tonics that I've kept too long; even when they were stabilized with glycerine.
