The NWO likes to play both sides, but they are very much pro eugenics

Pattern of the NWO is to play and control both sides.  Look at wars dating back centuries and at our political two party sham system dating back decades.   They might anti-eugenics to further their goals, but at the core they are very much pro-eugenics.  They want to use eugenics to make themselves superior, control population and dumb down the servant class that will make up most those who aren't NWO insiders.

All you have to do is look at which families have promoted and believed in Eugenics to see where the NWO stands on the issue.
