question about SSKI

So I mixed 50 grams of ACS grade KI into a 50ml glass jar with distilled water. I noticed the glass got cold while the KI was dissolving. Is this normal?

How many drops should I start out with? Do many people get a Herx. reaction with SSKI ? What is a toxic dose of KI?

Is it ok to take KI and during the day doing the Beck magnetic pulsing and blood electrification? Or, would it be better to do the beck stuff in the morning, get it out of the way, and then take the KI?
